Over the past 20 years Bala has gained a great deal of experience performing and producing many international shows and tours as far and wide as London, Russia, USA, Romania, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He has written and directed shows for London Zoo and the Science Museum, helped to create tours for the Olympic venues and recruited, trained and managed thousands of staff for shows, promotions and events, as well as the in-house teams for many leading Visitor Attractions.
He is passionate about creating unique, engaging and exciting experiences that inspire and entertain a diverse range of audiences.
He is the Founding Director of Complete Works, a company that helps enable ambitious visitor destinations to thrive, giving them the tools they need to sustainably safeguard their futures.
He is also a Trustee for The Flying Seagull Project, an international children’s charity who transform the most challenging environments into places where children can feel safe and happy despite the fear or chaos around them www.theflyingseagullproject.com

George Mclean
Senior Account Manager
George graduated from Drama School in London in 2007 and went on to perform over 2000 times in 32 countries around the world. Mostly in Shakespeare plays and other classics like Dickens & Shelly.
He stopped acting to settle down with his family and now works at Visitor Attractions up and down the UK using his performance skills to help improve Visitor Experience and therefore revenue.
Simon Thomas
Account Manager
Simon was a professional actor for 10 years, touring theatres across the world. He moved into the events world as an event manager for major brands across Europe before jumping at the opportunity to become an account manager for Complete Works. He manages accounts for some of the most amazing organisations in the country including Kew Gardens, The British Library, Royal Museums Greenwich and The RSA.
He believes that positivity and enthusiasm throughout the entire team combined with excellent organisation and planning is the key to success for any visitor attraction.
