Once, we were professional actors. Now, we use our talents to tell brand stories and generate formidable ROIs for our clients by providing staff, training teams and delivering experiences.

Alyce Paton
Regional Manager

Alyce got her start in performance from the science communication world; presenting, entertaining and occasionally setting herself on fire in Australia, the UK and abroad.

Moving into attraction management in 2012, and running everything from World of Illusions, a 5-star hotel and a castle, Alyce has a great passion for the visitor experience, the team experience and the financial sustainability of brilliant visitor attractions.

She also specialises in creative problem solving; creating unique events, partnerships and solutions to the challenges of seasonality, COVID, and staff shortages.

Alyce is now settled in Edinburgh with her family, but enjoyes the excuse to travel across the UK, seeing amazing places and helping them do what they do better.

Creative powerhouse, Penny creates and directs theatrical productions that get rave reviews from visitors and bring the story of your venue to life.
